The Information We Collect

Client data is collected solely for tax and accounting services and is stored using encrypted systems and secure platforms. Access is restricted.

Electronic Transmission

All electronic documents must be password-protected PDFs. Passwords must be sent separately.
The Firm is not liable for breaches resulting from client failure to follow secure transmission instructions.

Retention

Records are retained in accordance with IRS and California requirements (generally 3–7 years unless otherwise required).

Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Firm shall not be liable for cyber incidents or unauthorized access beyond its reasonable control.
